TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2010 By (1) Kiprotich Kuto Kapcheptum and (2) Sarah Jemutai, both of P.O. Box 3900, Moi University, the deceased’s father-in-law and sister-in-law, respectively, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yulita Jepkemboi Rotich, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, on 22nd January, 2010. CAUSE NO. 217 OF 2010 By David Kimutai Korir, of P.O. Box 130, Mosoriot in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Kimaru Kiplagat & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agui arap Koech alias Agui arap Kipkoech, late of Ndaptabwa, who died at Moi Ndaptabwa, on 26th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. 218 OF 2010 By (1) Tabitha Wambui Ngige and (2) Michael Ngigi, both of P.O. Box 107, Moi’s Bridge in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and son, respectively, through Messrs. Kimaru Kiplagat & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Mumbi Ngige, late of Lugari, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. 224 OF 2010 By (1) Paul Thindiu Mungai and (2) Samuel Wanyoike Mungai, both of P.O. Box 3, Ngarua in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mungai Thindiu, late of Langas Estate, Eldoret, who died on 20th October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
