TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 556 OF 2010 By Simion Njira Mutunga, of P.O. Box 29, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mutunga M’Kirimunya alias M’Mutunga Kirimunya, late of Gatimbi Location, who died there on 30th November, 1993. CAUSE NO. 569 OF 2010 By David Ntarangwi Rukunga, of P.O. Box 310, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya M’Rukunga M’Aruja alias Rukunga Aruja alias Rukunga Arucha alias Rukunga Aruya, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 10th August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
