ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 185 (1) of the Local Government Act (Cap. 265), the Physical Planning Act (Cap. 286) and other related statutes and the Council by-laws, the Council under MIN/TPW/21/2009 of the Town Planning and Works Committee meeting held on 12th August, 2009, ratified by Full Council meeting MIN/FC/41/2009 of November, 2009, resolved to have the road next to Baptist Girls Secondary School permanently closed for security reasons. Therefore any individual, institutions or organizations with comments or objections to forward them in written within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Municipal Council of Bungoma, P.O.
