NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th January, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 410, in Volume B-13, Folio 896/4221, File No. 1637, by our client, Neema Rajnikant Shah, of P.O. Box 98729, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Sonia Neema Shah, a minor, formerly known as Sonia Muema Kioko, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sonia Muema Kioko, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sonia Neema Shah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sonia Neema Shah only.
