IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (2) of the Central Bank of Kenya Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, re-appoint— NJUGUNA NDUNG’U (PROF.) to be the Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya for a term of four (4) years, with effect from 4th March, 2011.
