THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Henry Thandi (deceased), of P.O. Box 44352, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 1.475 hectares or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 3587/14, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 57757/1, and whereas grant of letters of administration intestate have been issued to Richard Njogu Thande, of P.O. Box 44352, Nairobi, and whereas affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title I.R. 57757/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of grant of letters of administration intestate.
