THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Harrison Birya Fondo and (2) Mildred Wonge Fondo, of P.O. Box 772, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors lessees from the Republic of Kenya of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 5054/196, situate within Kilifi Urban Council in the Kilifi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 22738, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
