REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ngugi Thiga (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabete/Nyathuna/T.146, containing 0.092 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kiambu, in succession cause No. 659 of 2005, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Mary Nyokabi Ngugi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Ngugi Thiga (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of a RL. 19, and issue a land title deed to the said Mary Nyokabi Ngugi, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ngugi Thiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
