REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Agunda Abonyo (deceased), of Sare in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as South Sakwa/Waware/543, situate in the district of Rongo, and whereas the senior resident magistrate at Rongo, in succession cause No. 17 of 2010, has issued grant documents to John Omolo Omolo, of P.O. Box 4, Rinya Sare, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to cancel the registration of the said grant document to John Omolo Omolo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Agunda Abonyo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
