TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 888 OF 2009 By Mathias Muli Ndolo, of P.O. Box 4, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musya Ndolo, late of Katheka-kai Location, who died there on 25th May, 1982. CAUSE NO. 915 OF 2010 By Jane Mutinda Muasa, of P.O. Box 1385, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Muasa Musila, late of Misakwani Location, who died at Machakos, on 28th December, 2009. CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2011 By (1) Shafiq Bandridin Kachra alias Shafiq Bandrudin Sunderji, of P.O. Box 1926–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nizarali Jafferali Nathoo, late of Makindu Location, who died there on 2nd March, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
