ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods 25th February, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE 575 Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KVH 161 curr ently lying at the garage/premises of Vin Auto Garage in Nairobi, to take delivery thereof within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, and to pay all outstanding storage, security and incidental costs incurred as at the date when delivery is taken, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty without further reference to the owner, proceeds of the sale to be used in defraying the said costs.
