WHEREAS Dr. Kawaljeet Sing Rekhi, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Galu Kinondo/1633 and 1632, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green cards issued thereof have been lost and efforts to trace them in the office have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall open new registers provided that no objection has been received within that period.
