REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyaga Ndumo Victor, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Evurori/Nguthi/247, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu, in succession cause No. 114 of 2008, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Sebastian Ngare Kimanza, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document to Sebastian Ngare Kimanza, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nyaga Ndumo Victor, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
