REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Jacob Nyamamba (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 75/920, containing 0.0144 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas The Public Trustee, of P.O. Box 49672, Nairobi, has issued grant of letters of administration to the estate of the deceased and whereas the certificate of lease issued to the deceased has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of RL. 19 and RL. 7 and issue a new cerificate of lease to the beneficiaries, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Jacob Nyamamba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
