TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2011 By Martin Opeywa Anyangu, of P.O. Box 150, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfayo Amutabi Atetwe, late of Ebusiekwe Sub-location, who died on 30th January, 1970. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2011 By Jane Awiti Bita, of P.O. Box 183, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gordon Bitah Ochenge, late of Sunga Sub- location, who died on 21st December, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
