WHEREAS Joram Kirigi Gacuna, of P.O. Box 52599, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.1904 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 110/625, and whereas one Joseph Thumbi Kariri, of P.O. Box 69091, Nairobi has illegally obtained a title on the same, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall expunge the records of the said Joseph Thumbi Kariri provided that no objection has been received within that period.
