GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2415

WHEREAS Michael Gitahi Wambugu, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mutara/Mutara Block 11/797 (Uruku), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the court in cause No. 26 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be sub-divided and a portion of one third (1/3) share or thereabouts be transferred to Rose Nyambura Muchemi, and whereas the executive officer of the court in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation to sub- divide the said piece of land in favour of Rose Nyambura Muchemi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document to Rose Nyambura Muchemi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael Gitahi Wambugu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
