REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Kamau (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kiambaa/Kihara/T.244, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the principal magistrate‘s court at Kiambu, in succession cause No. 169 of 2010, has issued grant of letters of administration to Michael Kariuki kimangika, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Kamau (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and 7, and issue a land title deed to Michael Kariuki Kimangika and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
