Box 30083, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s brother and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mutuku Kyongo, late of Ekalakala Location, who died at Ekalakala, on 16th February, 1995. CAUSE NO. 417 OF 2010 By Agnes Mulee Mutio, of P.O. Box 95, Makindu in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfonce Mutio Nthuai, late of Ngumo Location, who died at District Hospital, Makindu in Kenya, on 24th February, 2010. CAUSE NO. 724 OF 2010 By (1) Elizabeth Wamaitha Tikani and (2) Josephine Mwikali Kingoo, both of P.O. Box 27131, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mutiso Kingoo, late of Nairobi, who died at P.C.E.A. Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
