NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Unollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Pokot Outreach Ministries, the owners of the vehicle reg. No. KAP 645R, to collect the said vehicle from L.R. No. Kitale Municipality/4/443, within Kitale Municipality, and on which plots stands Perkins Auto Garage Limited, upon payment of storage charges within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which the said vehicles will be sold by public auction to defray storage charges in accordance with the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act.
