IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Rating
Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government, approves the appointment of—
Wycliffe J. Mukhongo, Robert J. Kigunda, Barthlomew O. Ragalo, Gidraph K. Mutugi, Herman K. Kivunira, Samuel O. Odiembo, Richard M. Kiambi, as valuers to prepare the Draft Valuation Roll for Municipal Council of Mombasa.
