Box 1377, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wambua Musila, of Isinga Location, who died at Isinga, on 6th November, 2008. CAUSE NO. 828 OF 2010 By (1) Rose Mbinya Mutaiti and (2) Serah Nthula Mutaiti, both of P.O. Box 247, Nthia in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angela Nduku Mutaiti, of Twaandu Location, who died at District Hospital, Makindu in Kenya, on 14th November, 2008. Box 472, Wote in Kenya, the deceased’s creditor, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutune Muthoka Mutini alias Mutune Muthoka, late of Mbumbuni, who died at Mbumbuni, on 1st November, 1993. CAUSE NO. 916 OF 2010 By (1) Monica Wayua Mutisya and (2) Erastus Ndambuki Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 44, Kola in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Donald Mutisya Ndambuki, late of Watema Location, who died at Kasunguni, on 31st May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
