Box 6630, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barmao Serem, who died at Lotonyok Sub-location, Ng’eleltarit, on 2nd September, 2003. CAUSE NO. 219 OF 2010 By (1) Christine Jepkoech Ayabei, (2) Emmanuel Kibet Biwott and (3) Kelvin Kiprop Biwot, all of P.O. Box 441, Iten in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Kibiwott Chesire, late of Sitek, who died at Marigat, Nginyang, on 25th June, 2007. Box 5665, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Miningwo, late of Kimumu, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2008. CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2011 By Barnabas Kiprono Richard, of P.O. Box 5646, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kiprono Tarus, late of Chepkorio, Keiyo, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 19th September, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
