IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 23 (1) of the former Constitution as read with section 3 (2) of the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint— Amb. James Simani—(Chairman), Peter Migwi Karing‘u, Grace Barbara Ngele Madoka, Nafisa Abdirahman Abass, to be members of the Public Complaints Standing Committee, for a period of eighteen (18) months, with effect from 1st July, 2010.
