WHEREAS (1) Nisha Punit Agarwal and (2) Punit Rakesh Agarwal, both of P.O. Box 45855, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that flat No. 7 Block 1 third floor erected on piece of land known as No. L.R No. 209/3007/5, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as No. I.R. 111681/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
