WHEREAS Charles Macharia (ID/3459431), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.77 and 0.53 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang‘a, registered under title Nos. Loc. 12/Sub Loc. 2/944 and Loc. 12/Sub Loc. 4/1507, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
