WHEREAS Josephat Ngethe Mbugua, of P.O. Box 290–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 110/978, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green and white card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
