WHEREAS Irene Wanjiku Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 10275, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.5 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Tetu/Ichagachiru/211, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall construct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
