GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1136

WHEREAS Charles Mongare Onchangwa, of P.O. Box 513, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as West Mugirango/Nyamaiya/2792, situate in Nyamira District, and whereas the senior principal magistrate‘s court at Nyamira, in civil suit No. 28 of 2008, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Charles Nyiro Onuko and (2) Chrisantus Makori Onuko, both of P.O. Box 93–40500, Nyamira, and whereas the deputy registrar/executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of 1) Charles Nyairo Onuko and (2) Chrisantus Makori Onuko, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument to transfer and issue of title deed to the said Charles Nyairo Onuko and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Charles Mongare Onchangwa, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
