CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2011 By (1) Gladys Nanyama Sakhasia and (2) Evans Simiyu Sakhasia, both of P.O. Box 1526, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Murandafu Sakhasia, late of Bungoma, who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 2010.
