Box 18, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased‘s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Abira Masira alias Abira Masira, late of Ebusakami Sub-location, who died on 17th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2010 By George Otina Okumu, of P.O. Box 231, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased‘s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Okumu Ochieng alias James Okumu, late of Uranga Sub-location, who died on 12th November, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
