REVOCATION

WHEREAS the parcel of land whose details are described under the schedule herein below was allocated and title issued, it has come to the notice of the Government that the said parcel of land was already committed. The allocation was therefore illegal. Under the said circumstances the Government revokes the said title. SCHEDULE Ngong/Township Block 2/350—Jackson Karanja Muhia P. N.
