This is to notify any body who has any claim on the said parcel of land to lodge it together with any substantiating evidence with ourselves, with a copy to the advocates for the vendor, within 21 days from the date of this notice. Further take notice that upon expiry of the notice, purchaser shall proceed to pay the vendor and transfer the property and no claim(s) shall be entertained thereafter. Dated the 31st January, 2011.
