NOTICE is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of Mazda saloon motor vehicle reg. No. KWA 810; BMW318i, reg. No. KAL 550B; Suzuki Maruti, reg. No. KSF 629, to collect the said motor vehicles from the premises of Ungas Auto Care, at Hamza, Makadara, off Jogoo Road, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of repair fees and storage charges accruing thereon including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be disposed either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds shall be defrayed against the accrued charges.
