NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th September, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1539, in Volume DI, Folio 238/3513, File No. MMX, by our client, Eznah Onsongo Onsongo, of P.O. Box 78792–00507, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Eznah Bwari Onsongo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Eznah Bwari Onsongo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eznah Onsongo Onsongo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Eznah Onsongo Onsongo only.
