APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Local Authorities Provident Fund Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government appoints— Robert Njenga Mwaura—(Chairman), Mohamed Adan Khalif—(Vice-Chairman), Adan Halake Wario, Frank Sabwa, Rita Ngeno, Boniface M. Munyao, Rehana Ismail, Patrick Wangamati, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government or his representative, Chief Executive Officer—(Secretary), to be members of the Board of the Provident Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 2nd April, 2011.
