THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jambo Chilango Karima and (2) Monica Chilango Karima, both of P.O. Box 488, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of that piece of land containing 0.0350 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 1518 (Orig No. 628/12) section III, situate within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 22118, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
