REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Mwangi Thuo (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 79/193, containing 0.0191 heatare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, and whereas (1) Milka Waithira Mwangi, (2) Anne Nyambura Mwangi, (3) Joseph Wainaina Thuo and (4) Peter Gachigi Thuo, all of P.O. Box 46524, Nairobi, have been issued grant of letters of administration to the estate of the deceased, and whereas the said certificate of lease issued to the deceased has been reported missing, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and issue a new certificate of lease to the beneficiaries, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the deceased, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
