TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2011 By (1) Lilian K. Mosong and (2) Tecla Chirchir, both of P.O. Box 3223, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Kimutai, who died at Laboret Sub-location, on 29th October, 2008. CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2010 By (1) Jane Chepkemoi Langat and (2) Beatrice Chepkoech Langat, the deceased‘s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kipkorir Langat, late of Machewa, who died on 15th June, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
