APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Local Government Act, the Municipal Council of Mombasa has, with the approval of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government reviewed of refuse collection charges with effect from 2nd October, 2009 as follows: The revised charges is Kenya shillings two hundred (KSh. 200) per month from the previous rate of Kenya shillings fifteen (KSh. 15) per month.
