THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ahmed Hasham Lalji, of P.O. Box 83272, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee from the Government of the Republic of Kenya, of that piece of land containing 1.995 acres of thereabout, known as L.R. No. 494/I/MN, situate within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 14001, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
