WHEREAS Christ Co-Workers Fellowship, of P.O. Box 484– 40100, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.3000 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Municipality Block 9/156, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the lease certificate issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land lease certificate of provided that no objection has been received within that period.
