GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4014

WHEREAS Samuel Wamb ugu Ngunyi, of P.O. Box 360, Athi River, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kajiado/Kaputiei North/11930, situate in the district of Kajiado, and 15th April, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1095 whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 2120 of 2005, has issued grant of letters of administration to Ileen Maitha Wambugu, of P.O. Box 360, Athi River, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said land certificate and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer to Ileen Maitha Wambugu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Samuel Wambugu Ngunyi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
