REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Njaramba Ngunjiri, of P.O. Box 5012, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Aguthi/Ithekahuno/999, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas under section 33 (1) the said parcel of land be cancelled, and whereas the registered proprietor has refused to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said parcel of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert to Francis Kimani Karanja, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Stephen Njaramba Ngunjiri, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
