APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Valuation for Rating Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government gives approval to the County Council of Taita Taveta‘s Resolution under Min. No. 3/2011 as follows: ―That the time of valuation for the Town Council of Taita Taveta‘s Valuation Roll shall be 31st December, 2011‖. Dated the 12th April, 2011.
