NOTICE is given that the land described on the schedule hereto has been set apart in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Katolani, Mariakani. Purpose.—Business cum-residential. Area.—4.1896 hectares approximately. Description of land: This land is situated approximately 11.0 kilometres to the north- west of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from a point A, which is an IPC from which spotheight 228 and spotheight 225 are 2.5 kilometres and 3.8 kilometres distant on bearing of 191° 00' 00" and 103° 00' 00" respectively; thence for a distance of 67.60 metres on a bearing of 131° 43' 55" to point MS 5; thence for a distance of 230.36 metres on a bearing of 141° 47' 12" to point MI an IPC; thence for a distance of 116.08 metres on a bearing of 237° 07' 53" to point M2 an IPC; thence for a distance of 187.88 metres on a bearing of 300° 43' 42" to point M3 an IPC; thence for a distance of 204.14 metres on a bearing of 19° 00' 43" back to starting point.
