WHEREAS Christopher Michael Strong, of P.O. Box 860, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.2150 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. Eldoret/Municipality Block 8/117, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the Green Card/white card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that I shall open a new green and white card after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period.
