WHEREAS Wanzala Samson Namulada, of P.O. Box 125, Mungatsi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Busia, registered under title No. Bukhayo/Kisoko/1723, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost, notice is given that I shall open a new land register after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period.
