THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Margaret Wangari Kimotho and (2) John Kimotho Mugambi, both of Nyeri, in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Nyeri/Municipality Block 1/223, and whereas under section 33 (1) the said parcels of land be cancelled and whereas registered proprietors have refused to surrender the certificate of lease issued in respect of the said parcel of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said land certificate and proceed with the registration of the said certificate of lease to Ndungu Gathinji, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to (1) Margaret Wangari Kimotho and (2) John Kimotho Mugambi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
