GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4344

WHEREAS M‘Tuamwari M‘Ituriku (deceased), is registered proprietor of these pieces of land known as Ithima/Antuambui/7182 and 2951, containing 0.506 and 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru North, and whereas the senior principal magistrate‘s court at Maua, in succession cause No. 21 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Silveria Muthoni Mururu, and whereas the title deed issued earlier to the said M‘ Tuamwari M‘Ituriku (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 and RL. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said Silveria Muthoni Mururu as scheduled in description of property, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M‘Tuamwari M‘Turiku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
